It was next to center and public transport and the metro station and the night bus to the airport, favourable location overall.

Really good amenities, incredible setting.

Very, very nice people working here, nice place. A wide range of products for a great breakfast. Modern & fantastic room with an electric kettle, a hair dryer, and a coffeemaker. Location very close to the West train station, supermarkets and center and public transport. Also, straight to the shopping road.

Positive, Great location near Westbahnhof and museums! My room was modern, clean, and had a comfy bed. The Thai restaurant on-site was fantastic, and they even had kid's corner. Check-in was super easy with the code, and I loved the wooden interior decor 🌟

The location was convenient, being just around the corner from the main train station and close to a supermarket for cleaning products. The room amenities, including a fully fitted kitchen and delicious complimentary snacks, added to the experience. I also loved having a large screen TV and the modern bathroom with a Bluetooth mirror.

The initial communication via ChatBot felt impersonal and delayed resolution of some issues.
